Scoping Decision Document (SDD) - February 2005The SD/DSDD is distributed as an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file. The combined document is quite large, and it is only recommended that users with fast and reliable Internet connections attempt to download the combined version.
For users who want to save on bandwidth, the document has been broken up into several pieces. Because the report figures are the largest file sizes, they are presented for download separately. The text of each document will have blank pages where the figures would be inserted. Scoping Decision Document
