The Minnesota
Department of Transportation today announced the availability
of the Highway 10 Wadena IRC Project Scoping Document (SD). The
document identifies the alternatives being considered for detailed
analysis in the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for highway
improvements to US Highway 10 between Bluffton and 1.5 miles east
of Wadena in Otter Tail and Wadena Counties.
