Winter 2006 Final Scoping Decision Document
Winter 2006 State EIS Preparation Notice
Fall 2007 Distribute Draft EIS for agency/public comment; start of Draft EIS comment period
Fall 2007 Public Hearing on Draft EIS
Fall 2007 Identification of Preferred Alternative by Mn/DOT and FHWA
Summer 2008 Distribute Final EIS
Fall 2008 Federal Highway Administration Record of Decision
2009 Begin Right-of-Way Acquisition Process (2 years before actual construction)
