You are seeing a view of the I-35W Bridge construction site looking toward the east. The Army Corps of Engineers Lock and Dam is on the right in the foreground, and the 10th Avenue Bridge is the arched bridge in the distance. Crews are working on the north (left) and south (right) banks in between those two structures. Main span precast segments are being placed on both sides of the bridge using the red crane (center), which is anchored in the river.
